PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Doodle Barn products displayed at the Site are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.
DELIVERY
Purchased items are usually shipped the day after your order is received, you should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days of the order depending on your location, if special handling is required or custom artwork is ordered, these orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days, you will be notified by email with details. If you still have not received your purchase after the proposed time, please notify ishop@doodlebarn.com . You will receive an email from ishop@doodlebarn.com when your order has been confirmed.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS. Rates are based on a flat rate depending on your location. Please contact ishop@doodlebarn.com if you have any questions.
RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to ishop@doodlebarn.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
